I was a little nervous to hop on that scale today. I guess I always am. hehe I lost 2.4 lbs and am almost out of the 160's. Woohoo! I also logged 330 minutes of exercise last week. Not bad considering I was sick.
My ultimate longer term goals (these will stretch well into next year) are:
- To train for the 10K in May so that I can run the whole thing.
- To lose 35 pounds
- To drink 64oz of water daily
My goals for this challenge are:
- To RUN the virtual 5K
- To lose 10 pounds
- To drink no less than 32oz of water daily
- To work out for a minimum of 30 minutes 5 times a week
I still think they are all achievable and the challenges this week will help. Heck it's 2pm and I have already had over 32 oz. That's not normal for my day. lol

The major challenges this week have been avoiding extra calories like sneaking bites when cooking or feeding the boys. I’ve been trying really hard to faithfully (and accurately) log ALL calories. Also, when I went into the grocery store the other night, I found myself searching out certain foods and then remembering that I shouldn’t be eating them. Training my brain is going to be the hardest.
