Holiday Hoedown–Weigh-in Week 3

I really have a love-hate relationship with weigh in day. I’m down 1.5 pounds! Woohoo! I really didn’t know what to expect since I didn’t track my calories all that well. I did work out fairly hard but not enough where I knew I’d have a good loss. I would have loved to have had a larger loss but 1.5 is fine by me!

I’m hoping to have a similar loss for Week 4. I know I won’t hit my original goal of 10 pounds but I will be happy with any loss. I’ve been doing Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and I am hoping to work in No More Trouble Zones. I even had my hubby doing Banish Fat Boost Metabolism last night. hehe
