Ugh! Weigh-in day is here. The 1st weigh-in of a challenge always leaves me with mixed feelings. I REALLY don’t want to see what the scale has to say and yet, I know it’s the last time I will see that number (during the challenge at least). I have done nothing very little since the last challenge, so I know the number will not be very good. But I'm off to a good start with my breakfast and lunch and I’ve already drank 20 oz. of water!
I won’t be posting my actual weight here each week, but I will post the amount lost each week. Nothing personal, just the way I like to do things. ![]()
